This is the phase where we are going to create an action plan based on all the info collected from phase one. We are going to work on a personalized nutrition protocol that tells you exactly what you should be eating to make you feel the way that you want to feel.

Then we will integrate supplements [if you’re open to them], to super-charge our action plan so that you have that extra support that we all need once in awhile. So this phase is where we are going to deep dive into your lifestyle. This phase is extremely important since here is where things can make or break a protocol. We will create a plan supporting your goals where we will be covering stress management techniques, sleeping patterns and a self-care routine.

This is the phase where we make sure your new habits are in place. We talk about anything that starts to sabotage you, we talk any emotions coming along, and especially we talk about how I can keep you accountable and how you can keep yourself accountable before, during and after your BIG DAY; because how many of us have started something convinced that we are going to stick to it, and after a couple of weeks we just give up?
