Let’s be honest, when you're juggling all the things (work, family, never-ending laundry 🧺), complicated recipes are the last thing you need. But that doesn’t mean you have to give up on nourishing treats that actually support your health ✨.
Enter: these 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies. They're simple, satisfying, and made with real-food ingredients that are as good for your hormones as they are delicious 😋.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
🥜 Natural Peanut or Almond Butter (just nuts + salt)
🌰 Almond Flour
🍁 Maple Syrup
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1️⃣ Mix 1/3 cup peanut butter, 2/3 cup almond flour, 3 Tbsp organic maple syrup in a bowl and 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract (optional).
2️⃣ Scoop out spoonfuls (I used a teaspoon to measure), roll into balls, and gently flatten using a fork on a baking sheet.
3️⃣ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. The cookies may seem soft at the beginning, but once they cool down they harden a bit.
That’s it! No refined sugars, no weird additives, just wholesome ingredients that nourish your body 💪.

Why They’re Hormone-Friendly:
🧘♀️ Healthy Fats from peanut butter help stabilize blood sugar (goodbye mood swings & energy crashes).
🌿 Almond Flour brings in extra protein & minerals like magnesium, your hormone's best friend.
🍯 Maple Syrup is a natural sweetener with a lower glycemic impact, giving you sweetness without the blood sugar spike.
A Small Treat, A Big Win 🎉
Balancing your hormones doesn’t have to mean giving up the foods you love. With simple, nutrient-dense recipes like this, you can support your health and enjoy the process (with your kiddos by your side) 💕.
Because when you feel good, everybody benefits 💛.
